Multiplayer stops working

Multiplayer keeps crashing. I have a Pixel 8 Pro and the same thing would happen on my Pixel 5. I uninstalled and then reinstalled Minecraft to make it work. Multiplayer will work for a day or two if I do that and then stops working again. The game crashes when one of friends tries to play and it won't let me join their worlds either.
