Raytracing is not an option on any Bedrock codebase such as Preview on Xbox consoles

By going to settings, ray tracing is unavailable. It is available on computers and PlayStations, yet not Xbox Series S|X. Both Bedrock and Preview suffer this issue. Whether or not this is intentional, the next gen settings should be available across every modern build device for Bedrock Edition/ Preview.
