Skeletons in Trial Spawners shoot normal arrows instead of arrows of poison

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Locate a trial chambers structure in creative mode
2. Teleport to the location and then go into spectator mode
3. Go down until you see the trial chambers
4. Go to a trial spawner room where there is podzol and red mushroom, which indicates that the skeleton has arrows of poison
5. Go into survival

Observed Result:

Skeleton shoots regular arrows at player

Expected Result:

Skeleton should shoot arrow of poison
