My skins and market don't load if I'm connected to my home Wi-Fi Internet

For some reason, the game can't load skins and market if I'm connected to my home Wi-Fi internet.
Skins just don't load, and the market, after a long download, writes an error: D-0010

Here's what else I know:

• If I am connected to mobile internet or connected to Wi-Fi which is distributed by another phone (using mobile internet). Everything is loading successfully and working.
• I didn't find this problem on the PC.
