Bug in game Star wars path of the jedi

Bug in the game Star Wars: Path of the jedi. 

Game has stuck on one mission and there is no way to return to start. Tried clearing cache and restarting devices. Nothing is helping. Rather not have to delete game and all progress my son has done. Tried searching for solutions but came up empty.
