Donkey Stat Variation Not Working

Bedrock edition does not seem to take into account random variation to the speed or jump height when breeding donkeys. I have breed about 100 donkeys and not a single one had better or worse speed/jump. The health seemed to be all over the place, usually trending worse with offspring.
