Can't upload, close, or join realm

I tried uploading a 485.6MB world to realms on xbox but it keeps getting stuck on uploading and then it will say failed. I then tried uploading a 400MB world on pc and it won't even load or take me to the load screen. Then I tried uploading a 9.0MB world and it said successful but did not show it or let me join.
