Issue with downloading and updating mods

so this has been going on for a while now. but when i am attempting to download a mod i have purchased or otherwise obtained from the marketplace, it will be stuck at zero percent download forever and i cannot cancel the download. this was not an issue the first time this happened as i was able to undownload all of my packs and redownload them later. this time i cannot redownload any of them and i am left with a bunch of mods i have purchased but can not play. Thank you so much for your help. I understand the team is very busy but i just needed to bring this to your attention. Again thank you.
