When an experimental toggle gets removed from the game, worlds that had only that experiment enabled change to having all experiments enabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Using a verison of Minecraft that included the crouch and crawl experiment, create a world with only that experiment enabled.
2. Transfer the world to the current version of Minecraft.
3. Open the world, then check the world settings menu.

Expected results

No experiments enabled.

Observed results

All experiments enabled.

During the development of the crouch and crawl features, I included this experimental feature in my world. After the full version of this feature was released, the world remained experimental and included Molang, Holiday, and Upcoming Creator Features. I didn't enable these experiments, I don't need them, and there is no way to disable them.
