Cant load new worlds

This has started happening recently with new worlds bought off the marketplace. When creating a world, the "Loading resource pack" notification pops up for a fraction of a second, followed by "There was a problem loading this world". This is followed by the "Generating world screen" which pops up for a few second and then dumps us back into the Create World screen. The specific worlds are "Sniffer Dimension" and "OP Totems". 

I can still create worlds that don't use marketplace templates.
