Impossible to remove items from crafting table if item be placed again, in CREATIVE mode

To reproduce the bug:

In creative mode, pick a crafting table

Open the crafting table user interface

Place any item in any of crafting table's slots

Place the same item to the same slot again

The item won't be removed/replaced by any means unless reopened the map

That item persists to appear in any other crafting table user interface after that point
