Big fps drops due to internet sudden disconnections

Hello there . Before I begin describing the issue I want clarify that I play the PlayStation 4 version of Minecraft via PS5 backwards compatibility . Due to my country's Internet structure I have a lot of problems with my Internet connection and I suffer from frequent and sudden Internet disconnections despite having a VDSL 100 mbps . Of course I have my PS5 connected to the internet via ethernet cable (no WiFi) . Most of the times these internet disconnections are  instantaneous and I reconnect on the Internet very fast and this can happen many times per minute , when these internet problems that I  tried to describe earlier happen the game drops a lot of frames probably below 20 fps no matter what I do in the game (swimming , mining , walking etc.) . These frame drops don't last long but happen each time these sudden Internet disconnections/connections appear . I know this might be a problem very few people experience but if you can do something I will be very happy .
