Candles cannot be extinguished with water bottle variants

Unlike in the Java Edition of Minecraft, when tapping/right clicking a candle with a water bottle or one of its variants, which include splash & lingering water bottles, you cannot put out the flames the same way you do in Java, as it will not consume the water out of the water bottle.
