Credits/End Poem background no longer scroll

Dirt background on Credits/End Poem no longer scroll, it used to be scrolling on version 1.0.0, and then broken on 1.4.0 (Update Aquatic phase one)

Steps to reproduce:

• Method 1

1. Create a new world and enter End dimension
2. Kill the Dragon and exit, or run: /setblock ~ ~ ~ end_portal

• Method 2

1. Open settings > general, and click "Credits" button

Expected results:
Dirt background scroll as expected

Observed results:
Dirt background didn't scroll
