Breaking workstations causes game to crash and shut down

Breaking villager workstations causes game to crash and shut down. On rebuilding a village due to villagers delinking from their beds and workstations (MCPE-176397) the game crashed. Game crashes regardless of which player removes the workstation, on re-entering the game the workstation remains.
