Slash key and key to drop item are wrong in the Brazilian keyboard

On my keyboard (Portuguese - BR ABNT2) the key ';' open the command screen and the key '/' drop the stack of items (like control + Q). I tried to set the keys to open the command screen by pressing '/' it does this but still drop the stack of items. I do not if it affects other keyboards.

PS: There is another Brazilian keyboard layout (ABNT) but I tried to use it and had the same problem.
