Switch: D-pad appears on screen when touched.

On NS (Nintendo Switch) Edition, the mobile D-Pad graphic shows up when the console's screen is pressed. Of course, it doesn't work because the Switch uses physical controllers (Joycons/Pro Controllers,) but... I don't think the dpad should be showing up?
To trigger the bug, just launch a world on the Nintendo Switch, and tap the screen.
