After I beat Ender Dragon and return the over world, my all item has dissappeared.

On Realms.
After I beat Ender Dragon and saw endroll,I returned the over world and noticed my all item has dissappeared.
When I beart Ender Dragon I standed on the portal to the over world, so the endroll was displayed soon.
I didn't see any the death logs, but I was at level 0 and had zero experience bar.
I returned to the End Dimention right away but only the experience orbs were scattered.
