Lava and water can no longer be collected immediately

As the title suggests...Previously, it was possible to scoop with a bucket, but now (Ver.1.20.51.01), it is no longer possible to scoop.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a lava bucket
2. Switch to Survival mode
3. Place the lava
4. Immediately try to pick up the lava

Observed Results:
The lava can't be picked up until after a few seconds have passed.

Expected Results:
The lava can be picked up immediately, just like water.
