Bottle o' Enchanting loses enchantment glint when world is reloaded

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set Enchantment Glint Strength to 100% to make the issue easier to observe;
2. Build anything that can keep projectiles from touching the ground, such as a water bubble elevator, or a command block that constantly teleports it;
3. Throw a Bottle o' Enchanting at it;
4. Reload the world and observe.

Observed Results:
Once the world is reloaded, the experience bottle loses its enchantment glint.

Expected Results:
The experience bottle keeps the glint.
