Character Creator and Classic Skins

Almost all Character Creator items I try to select are not able to be equipped. In the picture I’ve provided you can see that I’ve selected an item because of the green outline around it but I can’t equip it. I also can’t select any of my Classic Skins because they’re stuck loading forever.
