Performance is extremely poor compared to Java

I expected to find good performance in Minecraft Bedrock, especially compared to Java, but I found the opposite as can be seen in the video.

 

I don't have a gaming laptop but I assume it performs well in several games that I've already tested and the only one where I had such a low FPS was Minecraft Bedrock.

 

These are my specifications:
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 Processor @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz - Intel® Iris® Xe
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (usable: 15.8 GB)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
