I can't unlock any achievements

Hello,

As I mentioned, I can't get any achievements, even though I tried to unlock the ones I hadn't done before on the Xbox One version with the same account, but nothing happened.

Paradoxically, my two friends who play with me manage to unlock the achievements without any problem.

I tried uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it, but nothing changed.

Could you please help me?
