MY REALMS SUBSCRIPTION WONT WORK AND MARKETPLACE IS BUGGED

The marketplace only gives me four search results whenever I put the filter on. ON TOP OF THIS BS, I just subscribed to realms and it doesn't even work and Minecraft support was no help whatsoever, we talked for a week and they didn't even do anything worth mentioning to help aside from the classic "OH HERES A FREE REALMS SUBSCRIPTION THAT WONT WORK!" 

I'm fed up with the redirection, i just got this 6-thousand-dollar pc so it WOULD WORK. not so id run into a ton of bugs. not cool. I've tried to be calm abt it, but i work a food job and don't make much and just scrape by. it's tough when i waste the last of my money to make a realm for me and my friends and it doesn't even work.
