Bug with no RTX support on nvidia GTX video cards.

Nvidia provided dxr support on video cards of the Geforce GTX 10-x, 16-x series with the arrival of a new driver for video cards, but minecraft bedrocrk still doesn't have it. I have a GTX 1080 ti with the latest driver 545.92 (Game ready) with the existing D3D12 D3D_SM65. I know the framerate may be low, but please fix it and make it optional.
