I can't receiving any bow with infinity Enchantment Via on Fishing on Minecraft

I was playing on seed 5587041935586050536 on Minecraft Bedrock Edition. The common thing That I Do When I start a new World is the Fishing farm. You know Receiving Enchanted Books, Bows, etc.

The reason Why I Doing this I always Focus on Collecting Bows With Infinity Enchantment on them. 

After Update 1.20.40 came out I Haven't received any of the Bow with Infinity Enchantment on the fishing for the Past 3 days. Even I Use the Enchantment table To receive that Enchant on the bows. Doesn't Even Work.

I think It should be some kind of bug or something.

Please help me out, I want to raid Neither Fortress.
