Cant log in

basicly on bedrock edition if i log in on mobile i do the microsoft stuff thennnnnn it should sent me to a short loading then the Welcome {}gamertag*  then i log in BUT TIHS TIME THERES NO WELCOME GAMERTAG SCREEN WHERE U FULLY LOG IN acutall version : 1.20.20.20{*}
