30-40fps on m2 iPad Pro 12,9

Getting around 30-40 fps on my iPad Pro 12,9 me which is supposed to be the most powerful mobile processor. Even if the render distance is set to 8 the experience is so stuttery and bad, what’s going on? It’s almost not playable.
