Rain in Shattered/Windswept Savanna and Shattered Savanna Plateau

How do we know the savanna biome and all its variants are biomes that do not rain MCPE-156229. The problem is that precipitation is active for the biome: Shattered /Windswept Savanna and Shattered Savanna Plateau.

The worlds Windswept Savanna.mcworld and Shattered Savanna Plateau.mcworld are generated from only one biome taken from https://mcpedl.com/pure-buffet/, the water that is generated is due to the terrain that is not high enough to generate land and acacia trees. that is still technically the savanna biome.
