Polished Tuff Slab and Tuff Brick Slab breaks instantly

Whilst I was fighting Slimes in my cave I accidentially hit a polished tuff slab and it broke instantly. As the video suggests, only the Polished Tuff Slab and the Tuff Brick Slab are affected. 
Every other Tuff Block is fine.
