Structure Block loading, All red stone rails have directional issues, unwanted forced east west connection

 

 Note It's very difficult to obtain this direction. Very easy in Java.

The main bug Is with the structure block loading., The data is saved correctly,  but won't apply the correct direction,  west-to-east rails are force-connected when they all need to be facing south-north. It must be the structure block loading because it works in Amulet. 

to reproduce save activator rails going from east to west, but facing north, south, direction bit 0 or 5. They will revert to directional bit 1 when loaded with a structure block no way to prevent this.

 

also using the fill command, will not change the direction unless a row of rails already exists next to the new row they all change direction. or you run the command twice  you to get the correct direction.
