Xbox 360 controller does not work properly when attached to phone

I connected my wired Xbox 360 controller to my phone via USB. The controller seemed to work just fine.
I get in-game and walk around just fine. I attempt to mine a tree by holding back the right trigger (RT) and the camera begins moving downwards. When I release the trigger, it beings moving up continuously by itself.
When I use the left trigger (LT), the same thing happens, except the camera is moving to the right this time. When released, it moves left infinitely.
I recorded a video to show you. It's just to give you a visual representation of what is happening. You won't know what buttons I press, but by the information provided above, you should be able to determine that I'm holding down RT when the camera moves down.
