Disney world of adventure skins not showing on others screens

When I use the skins in disney worlds of adventure, they show up to myself but not to other users. This is in any world, I just show up in the basic skin. 

 

The two screen shots are showing that belle is equipped but does not show up on a users screen.

 

I'm not sure if the version is correct. It says v1.20.32 on my phone, I use both my phone and my windows computer and it happens when I'm on either.
