I can't play properly with a controller

I tried using a third party controller in Minecraft pe wirelessly, I enter the world and it works for 5 minutes, after which it seems to freeze a button and starts doing things like Turning around, walking forward alone or simply the analogues or even everything stops working, I tried with a controller for the PS3 and it's the exact same thing, In the controller settings in Minecraft it turns out that the walking texts are not set but I can't set them, is it just my problem?

P.s.: I tried the controllers in a third-party app and the wireless one on my PC and they work perfectly, so the problem isn't them
