Beta 1.21 crafter does not recognize crafting recipe

I wanted to create a chestplate, first worked but then i made another one and it ddidnt show the icon i powered it(i think im not sure) and it done nothing(if i powered it) i repente android beta 1.21 preview/beta if this does not happen to you create a crafter 2 but it does not craft, terrestre the interface but not craft
