Weird suffocating/flying glitch

Ok I don't really know how to explain this but I can kind of go through blocks and when i fly im just stuck in the air and also the bubbles are on the inventory slots when im in mid-air, here i have attached a video. I also tried turning off all my resource, behaviour and global packs but it didn't work. I edited the video by speeding it up and reducing quality so it doesn't take alot of storage, here it is;
