Error in fireworks when exploding in Minecraft Bedrock

When I design different fireworks of different colors and shapes, and when I throw them into the sky there are some fireworks that do not explode with their shapes and colors they stay like a flash of light and do not burst and even some fireworks do not come out at all only the smoke tail I have been experiencing this error since December 2021, I hope to be able to solve this problem soon.
