Windows 10 v0.16.0 and iOS 10 v0.15.10 are incompatable

My Win 10 PC updated to v 0.16.0 while iPad Air 2 iOS 10 did not. Consequently, we can no longer join a friends game (third tab). On the iPad we can see the friend and the game they are playing on the Win 10 PC, however, when we try and join that game, it goes into a continuous searching loop looking for server. BTW- this worked ok when both machines were on v 0.15.10.
