Items not dropping when gets exploded by TNT( java parity)

The items which are exploded by tnt do not drop many time.However in java edition blocks always get drop when they are exploded by tnt.

Bug recreation:
1. Place some blocks around a tnt block.
2. Ignite Tnt block.
Observation: The blocks do not drop almost everytime or only some blocks a droped.
