The Minecraft bedrock Marketplace doesn't want to open.

The Minecraft bedrock Marketplace doesn't want to open and says "We are still trying to connect. Please wait...".

And gives a error code : B-0010

 

I tried everything from restarting the game, restarting the console and switching WiFi's. It just doesn't do anything.

I've had this problem for a month and it doesn't go away.

I would have attached a picture but then my phone crashes if I do so. 

Please fix the problem quickly because I can't even change my skin.
