"Customise Controls" button uses British English spelling of "Customize" in American English

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Settings > Language and set the language to English (United States)
2. Go to Settings > Touch and enable "Customize Controls (Experimental)"

Observed Results:
The button says "Customise Controls".

Expected Results:
The button should say "Customize Controls".
