Worlds say they are corrupted when I try to access them

Since about a year ago after 1.19.31 was released, many worlds appear with the message "this world is not fully synced or has been corrupted" and I have been unable to access the worlds, nor edit/delete them. However, I am able to play in almost every one of these worlds on Minecraft Preview so the file can't be corrupted.
