Stone Cutter not implemented correctly

When viewing the stone cutter in the crafting table, I expected it to be called "Stone Cutter" but instead it was called "tile.stonecutter.name<". In the description, it says "tile.stonecutter : couldn't find desc".

After I made the stone cutter, I opened the interface and the "Block of Quartz" had the right name but it's description said "tile.quartzBlock : couldn't find desc"

By the way, I use the Nexus 4 (and I have no idea why i couldn't pick it as my device).
