"Kicked from server" when try to join mob vote server.

the bug I am experiencing is preventing me from joining the server and every time I try it gives this error message "you were kicked from the game: you are not able to join server" this is extremely frustrating even though I went and submitted a vote through the website I would have really preferred to make a vote the interactive way and participate in the various activities available and earn the character creator items so pls fix this ASAP so I can participate as this is my first time ever doing a mob vote!!!
