Failed to receive "Top Hat" item from mob vote server

I have been for several hours looking for all the mobs from old votes in the mob vote 2023 on the bedrock server, and when I finally finished finding them it told me that I received an object from the marketplace, the top hat from the mob vote, but When I went to the character creator it doesn't appear. I've searched on YouTube to see if there was any other case and I can't find anything. I attach a screenshot with evidence of that below.
