Eye of Ender position isn't centered to the Player Position

When throwing Eye of Ender, the Position of Eye of Ender isn't centered (slighty offset) from the Player position

Step to Reproduce:
1. Open any World (don't use Flat World as Eye of Ender can't be used in there)
2. Get 1 or more Eye of Ender
3. Throw it

Expected Result:
Eye of Ender position centered to player position

Observed Result:
Eye of Ender isn't centered to player position (slightly offset)
