Chest doesn't open with bottom slab above it (Java parity)

Reproduce:

1. Place chest
2. Place bottom slab on top
3. Try to open

Why this is an issue:

For one stars with its bottom can still allow chest to open. Java allows it to still open. This can't not be considered a feature unless this gets added to java, or it can just be fixed on bedrock. There is no vaild reason for this to exist anymore.

My son thought his world broke and deleted it because of this.
