"Importing pack" pop-up does not appear when mass importing resource packs and behavior packs

I was importing some packs and when i put the first one, it did appear. but when i put another one, it does not appear. but the pack is imported. you don't need any video. its all in this description.

 

How to imitate:

Load one pack, then it appears.

Load another pack, but it does not appear.
