"Go to Profile Settings" button takes you to the wrong settings

It takes you to profile settings instead of general settings

I'm not showing profile settings because I don't know if it's dangerous to show it

 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to classic skin editor
2. press the top character (originally a gray character)
3. press the lightbulb, and it takes you to profile settings
Observed Results:
takes you to profile settings, which has no option for it
Expected Results:
should take you to general settings, which does have it
