I did not recieve the vanilla cape on bedrock because of a bug

It passed one year from the distribution of this cape, but, I think because of a bug, I don't recieved the Vanilla Cape on Bedrock Edition. I contacted Mojang Support for adding this cape to my bedrock wardrobe and they said that they do not sell or give capes. I will leave screenshots of my java and bedrock capes. I am 100% sure that is the same account because I have only one account.
